Got my eco mid-term back today. 91% baby! I almost died... because this prof freaks me the heck out. He's so intimidating.
But ahhh, so happyyyyyy. Class average was 67% and just 9 got over 90%. Out of like... a hundred. I am one of those 9! SCORE BABY! SCORE.
This is what motivates me to keep going!

What's up with 4 of my 5 final exams taking place from 8-11 PM!??!?!!?!? WTFFFFFFF
I don't think they realize that I go to sleep at like, 10pm. I have 4 between Dec 13-15. One of the 13th, 2 on the 14th and one on the 15th. And then my last one is on the 21st. Exams and tests and assignments and SCHOOL can screw off already.
I'm going to have a breakdown very soon. Yes, yes I will.

Today I baked peanut butter cookies and vanilla cupcakes.
It's such a bittersweet past time. I enjoy putting all the ingredients together and such, but then I have to eat them. Ya know, I gotta make sure they're safe and everything... mhmm.
I go up to the cottage again on Friday for the weekend. Can. Not. Wait.
I don't know, I've run out of things to talk about on here. I guess nothing is really worth mentioning. Nothing is new. My life is just boring and repetitive. Exciting.

Today I had a patient give me a kiss and told me they loved me. Too bad she is 75 years old.
Any sort of healthy eating pattern I've been on, came to a screeching halt today. The enemy? TOFFEE. My parents bought this variety pack thing with all sorts of different flavours. Well, you know you have to try every colour to see which one you like the best. Incase anyone is wondering, the brown wrapper ones are the best.

I went to the Canadian Idol taping last night in Toronto. Somehow my brother ended up with tickets and asked me if I wanted to go with him. I mean, I invited myself... more like it, lol. It was a good show, everyone performed really well. I always thought Josh had it down, but after his performance last night, he's already there. He doesn't need this show to prove to everyone he's a star. He gave me the chills, man!
And I already knew I loved Rex. That hasn't changed. He picked a pretty Idol-safe song to sing (Steppenwolf's Born to be Wild), but he rocked it. And no white hat!! Sexy...... SEXY REXY! How old am I? 20? Crap man, I need hobbies or something.
They signed autographs afterwards. They need like... a better system for that. Have them all sit along the stage or whatever and then have the people come in SINGLE FILE. That way you can meet everyone, do what you need to do... and then go. Last night they just had everyone pretty much storm the stage. Steven went in there by himself. The only good place to stand, the security guy was telling us not to because there was a spotlight there and apparently it could burn us. Hey genius, how about turning it OFF then!? I thought we were trying to conserve power, anyway. I gave Steven my camera and asked him to get pictures of Rex, and I don't think he did! He was standing RIGHT NEXT to Steven for the longest time... he BETTER OF!
Anyway, it was fun. And I would go again. Carrie Underwood is performing on the show tomorrow night. I think the American Idol show is in Toronto this week sometime.

Extreme heat alert, hooray! I'm supposed to stay indoors and check to make sure that our elderly neighbours are okay. Today will be the day that my grandpa gets up from the couch and decides to take a walk... I will bet on it.
2 days until the cottage! First time this year for me. I am excited and can't wait.
Edit: OH MY GOD. MY GRANDPA WAS OUT WALKING TODAY. I SWEAR, SEE! He only leaves the house when it is either a) a blizzard b) a rain storm or c) extreme heat. That's it. He leaves for nothing else, people.

My mother walks like a COW. Whenever she is home, I can hear her stomping around upstairs. I know she is just walking normally but she walks so heavily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It makes me grit my teeth and want to jab my eyes out. Everytime. You have no idea how irritating this is to me.

Every once in a while I will get this feeling that comes over me. A feeling that I get only when I'm at the cottage. Everything is just so much greater up there. I used to think I was a city girl, but I really think I'm a country girl deep down. If I could get a good job, I could see myself moving into the cottage permanently one day.
Karla Holmoka... what a fucking waste of skin she is. Today, Canada's most notorious serial murderer walks the streets a free woman. I can't believe she's out... what kind of system do we got going here??!?!?

Yeah, I was really close to Bryan Adams. I think he even looked at me. Definitely my Live 8 highlight. He sang ALL FOR LOVE, PEOPLE!!! Jesus. He was fantastic.
Mosh pits are not suitable for girls.

Tommy Lee is looking pretty rough these days.
Deep Purple are cool.
I cried during "Good Mother" by Jann Arden. Why, I do not know. It's just such a moving message.
DMC's performance kicked my ass!

And I can't even pass judgement on The Hip's set. Pure genius.

There are rumours that the Rolling Stones will be surprise guests at Live 8 in Barrie Saturday night. They're in Toronto rehearsing for their world tour right now... so it is possible!!!!
I hope the rumours are trueeee!
We're leaving at 3am. I'M SO EXCITED FOR LIVE 8! I hope we get good spots... and I hope people aren't stupid. Run DMC and Neil Young were just added. Neil freakin' Young... hello greatness of a lineup. Plus ya know.. Bryan Adams too! Heck yes!!!!!!!

You know it's been a long day when you get home from work and change into shorts. No, that is not strange at all. But it is 20 mins later when you realize you put those shorts on inside out..... wtf?
I just have to say I made the best chocolate fudge truffles over the weekend and they will definitely be the death of me.
My parents are at the cottage all week. Ah freedom... and an empty fridge, nothing like it!
I'm finished my accounting class now and my final grade is 87%. How did I not get that the first time around? I think I need to be in classes where I have no friends all the time..... oh wait, I DO have no friends, nevermind.

IIII just got tickets to LIVE 8 IN BARRIE!!!! WOOHOOO
I will get to Bryan Adams again! He is so my hero for life. Who else... Jet, Motley Crew, Deep Purple, Celine Dion, Simple Plan, THE HIP, OLP, Barenaked Ladies, Sam Roberts... many good people I am forgetting. BUT BRYAN ADAMS!!!!!!!!!!!
